• Take 101 West to Route 101A, (Milford/Nashua 101 A exit, the exit is not numbered).
• Turn right at end and go 3 miles.
• We are located on the right after Wal-Mart.

OR

• Follow Route 3S (Everett Turnpike) to Exit 10 – Industrial Drive
• Turn right at end of exit, go to end
• Turn left onto Continental Blvd., go to end
  
• Turn right onto Milford Road (NH-101A)
• Follow 101A
• Frederick’s is on left at the 4^th stoplight

From Massachusetts:

• Take Route 3N (Everett Turnpike), to exit 8.
• At the end of the street take a right, That's Route 101A.
• We are approximately 6 miles on your left.
